By booking an appointment or receiving a tattoo, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at your appointment.
Health & Safety
You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, including but not limited to allergies, skin conditions, blood disorders, medications, or any condition that may affect healing. We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.
Risks & Aftercare
You understand that tattooing carries inherent risks, including infection, allergic reactions, and variations in healing. Proper aftercare is essential and will be provided to you. We are not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Design & Satisfaction
All designs are approved by you prior to the tattoo being started. Once the tattoo has begun, no refunds will be provided based on changes of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the design choice. Minor touch-ups may be offered at our discretion.
Deposits & No-Shows
Deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable. Deposits may be forfeited in the event of cancellations, rescheduling without adequate notice, or failure to attend your appointment.
Artistic Discretion
We reserve the right to make necessary artistic adjustments to ensure the best possible outcome for your tattoo, including placement, sizing, and design details.
Photography & Use of Images
We may photograph completed tattoos for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us prior to your appointment.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or unsuitable skin conditions.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your tattoo procedure. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
